脑靶向纳米载体材料研究进展

             

摘要

血脑屏障的存在使许多药物难以入脑,促进药物跨血脑屏障成为关键。纳米粒具有小粒子特征,能携载药物跨血脑屏障实现脑靶向,并提高脑内药物浓度。本文综述了PLA、PLGA、PCL、PBCA、PAMAM、CS等作为载体材料制备的纳米粒入脑的情况,并重点探讨纳米粒粒径大小、表面修饰等对入脑的影响。%Delivery of many drugs is difficult into brain because of the presence of blood-brain barrier,thus, promoting drugs acrossthe blood-brain barrier become the key point.Nanoparticle can carry drugs across the blood-brain barrier to achieve brain-targeted,and improve the blood concentration in brain because of small particle characteristics. In this article,the delivery of nanoparticle which was prepared by PLA,PLGA,PCL,PBCA,PAMAM and CS as nano-carrier materials is reviewed,and the effect of particle size and surface modification of nanoparticle into brain is dis-cussed mainly.
