我院2013年3183例次丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测结果分析

摘要

Objective To monitor the drug concentration of sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy,and evaluate the therapeutic effect. Methods The blood drug concentration of 3 183 epilepsy children administrated with sodium valproate was determined by HPLC. Results The serum concentration of 1 763 cases (55. 39%) were within the effective serum concentration (50 ~100 μg/mL),the concentration of 1 262 cases (39. 65%) was less than 50μg/mL,and the concentration of 158 cases (4. 96%) was higher than 100 μg/mL. Conclusion The serum concentra-tion of sodium valproate varied greatly in epileptic patients,and the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were closely related to the plasma concentration,therefore,the blood drug concentration should be monitored routinely.%目的：对丙戊酸钠( VPA)治疗癫疒间病例的血药浓度进行监测并评价其疗效。方法采用高效液相色谱法对3183例次服用丙戊酸钠的癫疒间患儿进行血药浓度监测。结果1763例次(55．39%)丙戊酸钠血药浓度在有效治疗范围(50~100μg/mL )，100μg/mL者158例次(4．96%)。结论丙戊酸钠的血药浓度个体化差异大，其抗癫疒间的疗效、不良反应与血药浓度密切相关，应进行血药浓度监测。
