儿童化疗所致恶心呕吐预防方案的研究进展

摘要

Objective Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) is a common adverse reaction in children undergoing cancer therapy. Although obvious control in CINVhas been achieved, many pediatric patients still suffer from CINV. Now, international antiemetic guidelines provide patients with the specific antiemetics in the recommended dose for the highest possible quality of care. This review summarizes the safety and efficacy of current antiemetic agents for the prevention of CINVin children, so as to provide the latest evidence for the effective control of CINV.%化疗所致恶心呕吐 (Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, CINV) 是儿童肿瘤治疗过程中常见的不良反应.虽然CINV的控制目前已有显著的提高, 但仍有许多肿瘤患儿正在经历化疗相关的恶心呕吐.目前国际上已有相关指南来针对儿童CINV止吐方案的合理使用给予推荐.本文旨在探讨儿童急性CINV预防和治疗方案的有效性和安全性, 为临床儿童CINV的有效控制提供最新的证据.
