ALCAM在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要

Activated leukocyte cell adhesion(ALCAM),also known as CD166/MEMD,is a transmembrane glycoprotein,which belongs to one of the members of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is one of cell adhesion molecules.In vivo,ALCAM is divided into three subtypes including membrane ALCAM,cytoplasmic ALCAM and soluble ALCAM,which mediate a variety of pathophysiological processes involved in the body by regulating cell-to-cell tropism or heterophonic adhesion.The abnormal expression of ALCAM is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of various tumor cells,and has a certain effect on the sensitivity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The article reviews the latest advances in ALCAM of gynecological malignancies.%活化白细胞黏附分子(Activated leukocyte cell adhesion,ALCAM),也称CD166/MEMD,是一种跨膜糖蛋白,属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员之一,是细胞黏附分子的一种.在体内,ALCAM共分为有膜ALCAM、胞质ALCAM和可溶性ALCAM三种亚型,通过介导细胞与细胞间的同嗜性或异嗜性黏附作用参与机体的多种病理生理过程.ALCAM三种亚型的异常表达与多种肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移密切相关,同时对预测放疗及化疗的敏感性有一定的作用.本文将对ALCAM在妇科恶性肿瘤中的最新研究进展进行综述.
