老年慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术中咪达唑仑应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨咪达唑仑在老年慢性硬膜下血肿(chronic subdural hematornas,CSDH)钻孔引流术中的应用效果.方法 选择105例CSDH患者,按照序列号对照随机排列表分为对照组和试验组,分别采取局麻、局麻+咪达唑仑麻醉方式,进行单孔钻孔引流术.观察两组术中麻醉效果、术后血肿清除效果、术后并发症发生率等.结果 两组术中心率等生命体征平稳,均顺利完成手术,血肿清除干净;与对照组比较,试验组术中躁动少,镇静效果好,术后并发症中颅内积气和血肿复发的发生率低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 老年CSDH患者进行钻孔手术局麻中加入咪达哇仑麻醉是安全和有效的.%Objective To investigate the effect of Midazolam in the application of trepanation and drainage for elderly patients with chronic subdural hematoma. Methods We selected 105 cases of chronic subdural hematoma, and randomly divided them into two groups according to the list of serial numbers. Local anesthesia was used in trepanation and drainage in control group. And local anesthesia plus Midazolam was used in trepanation and drainage treatment group. Effects of intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative hematoma results, postoperative complications were observed. Results In both groups, heart rate and other vital signs were stable, the operation was succeeded, and hematoma was cleaned. Compared with control group, the sedative effect was better with less agitation in experimental group. Differences in postoperative pneumocephalus and recurrence of hematoma between the two groups were significant. Conclusion Local anesthesia plus Midazolam is safe and effective in trepanation and drainage for elderly patients with chronic subdural hematoma.
