目的 评价M受体拮抗剂酒石酸托特罗定缓释片(商品名:舍尼亭)联合前列舒通胶囊治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CP-Ⅲ)的有效性与安全性.方法 接受前列舒通胶囊连续治疗的CP-Ⅲ患者90例分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组加服托特罗定缓释片每日一次,每次4 mg,连服2周.观察两组治疗2周后的排尿和症状评分变化情况.结果 治疗组治疗前后排尿次数、平均每次排尿量和前列腺炎症评分(CPSI)中的生活质量、排尿症状评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后CPSI、疼痛与不适评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗前后CPSI的各项评分、排尿次数、平均每次排尿量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在治疗CP-Ⅲ的早期,M受体拮抗剂酒石酸托特罗定缓释片联合前列舒通胶囊治疗有效且安全,不失为有效的药物选择.%Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qian Lie Shu Tong Jiao Nang and M receptor antagonist, Tolterodine Tartrate Tablets (Seliting) , in treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods Chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (CP-Ifl ) patients who received continuous drug treatment with Qian Lie Shu Tong Jiao Nang were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group took Tolterodine Tartrate Sustained-Release Tablets 4 mg q. D for 2 weeks. The urination and symptom scores were observed after 2 weeks of treatment. Results Differences in frequency of urination, average per urine output, quality of life score and urinary symptom score of treatment group before and after treatment were significant different ( P < 0. 05 ). Differences in Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index ( CPSI) score and pain and discomfort score of treatment group before and after treatment were not significant different (P > 0. 05). Differences were not significantly different in control group before and after treatment (P > 0. 05). Conclusions In the early treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis, the combined therapy of Qian Lie Shu Tong Jiao Nang and M receptor antagonist (Seliting) is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis with urinary frequency as the main symptom.
