目的 探讨一种修复耳廓皮肤缺损的方法.方法 21例耳廓内肿物切除术后患者采用耳后皮瓣贯穿法修复耳廓皮肤缺损.结果 本组21例患者术后皮瓣存活好,无坏死,术后10天拆线.术后随访6～28个月,肿物无复发,耳廓外观及皮肤色泽良好,患者满意.结论 耳后带蒂皮瓣贯穿法修复耳廓皮肤软组织缺损,操作简单易行,皮瓣易于成活,无需断蒂,手术一次完成,耳廓外形恢复良好;供皮区位于耳后,瘢痕隐蔽;耳廓修复后整体颜色相近,有较好的临床应用价值,是一种较理想的修复耳廓皮肤软组织缺损的手术方法.%Objective To introduce a procedure for reconstructing the skin defect of auricle. Methods Twenty-one patients ( aged 12-70 years) with skin defecl of auricle were reconslrucled with poslauricular pedicle flap from May 2004 to July 2011. After re-secling the pathotogical tissue, postauricular pedicle flap was designed in suilable size and transfixed through the auricular cartilage tun-nel to reconslrucl the skin defecl of auricle. Results Most cases exhibited excellent skin cotor. Foltow-up evaluations were performed al 6- and 12-month intervals after the procedure. There was no evidence of flap necrosis and other palhotogical changes. Conclusion This technique is easy and simple. The flap is easy to survival without breaking pedicle. The procedure can hide scars and make reconslrucled site have similar skin cotor to whole auricle. Therefore, this is a reliable surgical procedure for reconstruction of auricular skin defecl.
