耳后带蒂皮瓣贯穿修复耳廓前面皮肤缺损

摘要

Objective To find a satisfied and applicable method for reconstructing the skin defect of auricle. Methods Skin defect of auricle were reconstructed with postauricular pedicle flap after resecting the pathological tissue. Results All the eleven postauricular Pedicle lfaps were survived postoperatively,and incisions healed primarily after operation. The color of the lfaps was close to the surrounding skin, and the auricular appearances of all the patients were satisfactory during 6 to 12 months’ follow up. Conclusion This technique is easy and simple. The lfap is easy to survival without breaking pedicle,which has rich vascularity and hidden donor site,is one of the best methods for the reconstruction of preauricular defects.%目的：探讨耳廓前面皮肤缺损的有效修复方法。方法利用耳后带蒂皮瓣贯穿修复耳廓前面病变术后局部皮肤缺损。结果术后11例患者耳前修复之皮瓣均存活，切口一期愈合。随访6～12个月，修复皮瓣颜色均与周围皮肤颜色接近，外形满意。结论耳后带蒂皮瓣修复耳廓前面皮肤缺损，手术I 期完成，皮瓣血供丰富，易存活，供皮区位置隐蔽不影响外观，是简便易行的修复耳廓前面皮肤缺损的方法。
