目的 探讨后腹腔镜下肾上腺切除术的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析 83 例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临 床资料.结果 83 例均手术成功,手术时间 40 ～115 分钟,平均 55 分钟;术中出血 30 ～60 ml,平均 40 ml;术后住院时间 4 ～5 天,术中、术后均未输血,恢复好,未出现并发症.结论 后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术具有微创、安全有效、术后恢复快、住 院时间短等优点,可作为肾上腺良性肿瘤手术的首选方法.%Objective To evaluate the clinical value of retro peritoneal laparoscopic surgery for the removal of adrenal tumors Methods The clinical data of 83 cases of laparoscopic adrenalectomy were retrospectively analyzed . Results Eighty-three patients were operated successfully. The mean surgical time was 55 min (40～115 min) ,and the mean estimated blood loss was 40 ml (30～60 ml). The postoperative hospital stay was 4～5 days. No patient underwent blood transfusion in operation and serious complications . Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy possesses the advantages of micro -invasion, effectiveness and safety ,rapid rehabilitation after operation ,short hospital stay. It can be the first choice for adrenal benign tumor .
