应用高效液相色谱法测定清热利胆合剂中绿原酸的含量分析

摘要

目的：评价高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定清热利胆合剂中绿原酸含量的效果。方法采用 HPLC 法对4个清热利胆合剂样品（批号：140109、140412、140609、140714）中绿原酸的含量进行测定。结果绿原酸进样量在220．4～2204 ng有良好的线性关系（r＝0．9999）；平均回收率为99．63％，RSD 为0．78％。结论HPLC 法测定清热利胆合剂中绿原酸的含量简便快速，结果准确、可靠，可用于该制剂的质量控制。%Objective To investigate the efficacy of HPLC method in determination of chlorogenic acid content in Qingre Li -dan Mixture.Methods The contents of chlorogenic acid in four samples (Lot.140109,140412,140609 and 140714)of Qingre Lidan Mixture were measured by a HPLC method.Results The chlorogenic acid injection volume of 220.4 ~2204 ng had a fine linear rela-tionship(r=0.9997).The rate of average recovery was 99.63% and RSD was 0.78%.Conclusion This method is proved to be sim-ple and rapid.The result is accurate and reliable .It is suitable for the quality control of Qingre Lidan Mixture .
