手术过程中实施亲情护理服务模式的效果分析

摘要

Objective To explore the practical application effectiveness of family nursing service during operation process. Methods Two hundred and twenty inpatients who received elective surgery at department of urology in our hospital were selected.Pa-tients were divided into two groups according to the operation nursing mode,60 in each group.The control group received routine opera-tion nursing service while the research group received family nursing service.Results The research group was significantly better than the control group in the following aspects:the blood pressure and heart rate before and after anesthesia,the duration of hospital stay,the degree of patients’satisfaction,and SAS score and SDS score.All the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Family nursing service during operation process is good for patients to decrease anxiety,depression and other negative emotions.It can also reduce the hospital stay and improve patients’satisfaction as well as ensure patients’safety of physiology and psychology.It is worth popularization in clinical service.%目的：探讨亲情护理服务在手术过程中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月～5月在我院泌尿外科择期手术的输尿管结石患者120例，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例。对照组实施常规手术室优质护理，研究组在此基础上实施亲情护理服务，比较两组患者实施手术前、后的血压、心率、住院时间、患者满意度、焦虑程度（ SAS ）及抑郁程度（ SDS）评分。结果研究组患者在实施手术前、后的血压、心率、住院时间、患者满意度评分、SAS评分、SDS评分等方面，均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论手术过程中实施亲情护理服务有利于缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，保证患者生理和心理的安全，减少住院时间，提高患者满意度，值得在临床中推广。
