循证护理干预在预防癫痫患儿院内感染中的临床应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical value of evidence-based nursing intervention in the prevention of nosocomial infection in children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 272 children with epilepsy admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to May 2016 were selected as the subjects.According to admission number,126 cases were assigned as control group and 146 cases as observation group.All children were given epilepsy disease and other symptomatic treatment.The control group was given conventional clinical care intervention based on the treatment while the observation group was given evidence-based care intervention.The incidence of nosocomial infection,hospitalization,clinical efficiency and satisfaction of nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital infection rate,hospital stay and hospitalization expenses were significantly less but the total clinical effective rate and the family care satisfaction were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (all P ＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention of evidence-based nursing model can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in children with epilepsy and improve the overall clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction in children:It can be widely used in clinics.%目的 探讨循证护理干预在预防癫痫患儿院内感染中的临床价值.方法 选取2008年1月至2016年5月我院收治的272例癫痫患儿,按入院顺序编号分为对照组126例和观察组146例,均予癫痫疾病等对症治疗,对照组在其治疗基础上予以常规临床护理干预,干预组在给予循证护理干预,比较两组患儿院内感染的发生情况、住院情况、临床有效率及患儿家属对护理的满意度.结果 干预组患儿院内感染率、住院时间及住院花费均明显少于对照组,临床总有效率明显高于对照组,家属护理满意度也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 循证护理模式的干预可明显降低癫痫患儿院内感染发生率和提高患儿临床总疗效及护理满意度,可作为临床上广泛推广使用的一种护理模式.
