玻璃体切割手术患者围手术期使用正性暗示的效果评价

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of positive hints and its psycological impact on vitrectomy patients during perioperative period.Methods From July to October in 2016,212 patients who accepted vitrectomy were divided into test group (n =106)and control group (n =106).When they entered the operating room,we did positive psycological hints to the test group and normal mental conciliation to the control group.The vital signs,level of fear,degree of anxiety and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in the vital signs between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).However,the test group had lower level of fear and scores of SAS and SDA but higher degree of satisfaction than the control group did.Conclusion Using positive psycological hints before surgery has great effect on the vitrectomy patients.It can be used to improve the quality of nursing care for patients who accept vitrectomy during perioperative period.%目的 研究正性暗示在玻璃体切割手术患者手术室期间使用的效果及对患者心理的影响.方法 2016年7～10月接受玻璃体切割手术患者212例,分为试验组106例和对照组106例,试验组患者进入手术室后接受正性暗示进行心理干预;对照组采用常规心理安抚,比较两组患者的生命体征、恐惧程度、焦虑程度和患者满意度.结果 患者围手术期各时间点生命体征差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),正性暗示干预后,试验组恐惧评分及焦虑自译量表(SAS)、抑郁自译量表(SDA)评分均低于对照组,程度降低,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 玻璃体切割手术患者术前使用正性暗示具有很大作用,可提高患者在手术期间的护理质量.
