原发性高血压患者平均血小板体积与亚临床靶器官损伤间关系的研究

摘要

目的 探讨平均血小板体积(MPV)变化与原发性高血压患者亚临床靶器官损伤间的关系.方法 选择2013年1月至2015年6月我院新确诊的原发性高血压患者62例,测量患者体重指数、24小时动态血压、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)、左心室重量指数(LVMI)等参数.结果 MPV水平与24小时收缩压、24小时舒张压、UACR、LVMI均呈正相关关系(P<0.05).MPV水平分别与UACR及LVMI的严重程度独立相关(P<0.05).结论 MPV与原发性高血压患者亚临床器官损伤包括左心室肥厚及肾脏损伤密切相关,且与24小时动态血压呈正相关.%Objective To explore the relationship between mean platelet volume ( MPV) and sub-clinical target organ damage ( TOD) in patients with primary hypertension .Methods Sixty-two newly diagnosed hypertensive patients in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were enrolled in this study.Body mass index (BMI),24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,urine albumin/creatinine ratio (UACR) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were measured.Results There were positive correlations between MPV and 24-hour diastolic blood pressure ,UACR and LVMI.Correlation analysis indicated that MPV was positively correlated with UACR and LVMI ( P<0.05 ) .MPV was independently correlated with the severity of UACR and LVMI 2 ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion MPV is as-sociated with severity of sub-clinical TOD including left ventricular hypertrophy and renal damage in primary hypertensive patients and positively correlated with ambulatory blood pressure .
