老年乳腺癌患者的治疗方案及其相关因素研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the therapeutic regimen for elderly patients with breast cancer and related factors .Meth-ods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 84 elderly breast cancer patients undergone surgical treatment was performed .The pa-tients were divided into <70 years and >70 years groups .The factors influencing the outcome of chemotherapy and radiotherapy were analyzed .Results The major differences between the two groups were postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy .Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age ,progesterone receptor expression ,complications and cancer histological type were independent fac-tors affecting chemotherapy while age ,lymph node metastasis and complications were independent factors affecting radiotherapy .Con-clusion The independent factors influencing chemotherapy in elderly breast cancer patients are age ,expression of progesterone recep-tor,complications and cancer histological type .The independent factors affecting radiotherapy of these patients age ,complications and lymph node status.Therefore,the factors should be the first considered when make a treatment plan .%目的 探讨老年乳腺癌患者的治疗方案及其相关因素.方法 回顾性分析84例经手术治疗的乳腺癌患者的临床病历资料.根据年龄分为<70岁组和>70岁组.分析影响放、化疗效果的主要因素.结果 <70岁和>70岁患者的主要差异在术后化疗和放疗.多因素分析显示,年龄、孕激素的表达、合并症及病理类型是影响老年化疗的独立影响因素;年龄、淋巴结转移及合并症是影响老年患者放疗的独立影响因素.结论 影响老年乳腺癌患者化疗的独立影响因素为年龄,孕激素的表达情况,合并症及病理类型;影响老年乳腺癌患者放疗的独立影响因素为年龄,合并症及淋巴结转移,在制定治疗方案中可以首先考虑以上因素.
