目的 分析优化急诊护理流程在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中的效果.方法 选取2013年1月至2015年4月我院44例急性心肌梗死患者,根据入院时间分组,入院较早的为对照组,进行常规急诊抢救护理措施;入院较晚的为研究组,采用优化急诊护理流程,比较急救效果.结果 研究组患者急诊时间、急救时间以及住院时间均少于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组,院内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 优化急诊护理流程,急性心肌梗死患者抢救工作高效有序,患者接诊、急诊用时短,可以避免延误救治时机,急救成功率高,有效地提高了抢救效果.%Objective To analyze the effect of optimized emergency nursing process in the emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction .Methods We selected 44 patients with acute myocardial infarction from January 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital .According to admission time ,we grouped patients of admission earlier as control group who received routine emergency care measures .Patients of late admission were taken as the study group who received the optimized emergency nursing process .The res-cue effect was compared between the two groups .Results In the study group,emergency time,first aid time and hospitalization time were less when compared to the control group .Compared to the control group ,the rescue success rate was higher and the recurrence rate was lower in the study group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Optimization of emergency nursing process makes the rescue work in order and efficient for patients with acute myocardial infarction .The time of emergency admissions is short that may avoid delays in emergency treatment time and obtain high success rate .Finally,it effectively improves the rescuing effect .
