四川省伤口/造口/失禁专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

摘要

目的 构建四川省伤口/造口/失禁专科护士(WOCN)核心能力评价指标体系.方法 运用德尔菲专家咨询法进行两轮评价指标咨询.结果 通过两轮专家函询,形成了3个一级指标,14个二个指标,50个三级指标.两轮专家函询的权威系数分别为0.83和0.87,两轮函询结果各级指标的专家协调系数为0.139~0.495.结论 四川省WOCN核心能力各级评价指标专家咨询意见趋于一致,专家积极性和权威性高,为四川省WOCN核心能力的评价及考核提供了参考.%Objective To establish the core competence evaluation index system of wound/ostomy/continence nursing (WOCN) in Sichuan province.Methods Experts were consulted by a two-round Delphi survey and finally the system was established. Results The core competence evaluation index system included 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,and 51 third-level in-dicators.The authority coefficients of two-rounds of expert consultation letters were 0.88 and 0.89,respectively.The coordination coeffi-cient of experts at all levels from two-round query results were 0.316(0.640.Conclusion The high level of enthusiasm,authority and team coordination in experts will provide references for core competence evaluation index system of WOCN in Sichuan province.
