依达拉奉注射液联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察依达拉奉注射液联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月—2015年3月河北省第七人民医院神经内科收治的急性脑梗死患者96例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组48例。对照组患者予以依达拉奉注射液治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗；两组患者均连续治疗2周。比较两组患者临床疗效，治疗前后脑梗死体积、神经功能缺损评分标准（CSS）评分、Barthel 指数，不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。治疗前两组患者脑梗死体积比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）；治疗后观察组患者脑梗死体积小于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。治疗前两组患者 CSS 评分、Barthel 指数比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）；治疗后观察组患者 CSS 评分低于对照组，Barthel 指数高于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。对照组患者出现肺部感染1例；观察组无一例患者发生严重不良反应。结论依达拉奉注射液联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效确切，可有效改善患者的神经功能，提高患者的日常生活能力，且安全性较高。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of edaravone injection combined with danshen ligustrazin injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods From April 2013 to March 2015,a total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected in the Seventh People' s Hospital of Hebei Province,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 48 cases. Patients of control group received edaravone injection,while patients of observation group received edaravone injection combined with danshen ligustrazin injection;both groups continuously treated for 2 weeks. Clinical effect,infarct volume,CSS score and Barthel index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and incidence of adverse reactions was observed. Results The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of infarct volume was found between the two groups before treatment(P ﹥ 0. 05),while infarct volume of observation group was statistically significantly smaller than that of control group after treatment(P ﹤ 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of CSS score or Barthel index was found between the two groups before treatment(P ﹥ 0. 05);after treatment,CSS score of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group,while Barthel index of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group(P ﹤0. 05). One of control group occurred pulmonary infection,while no one of observation group occurred any severe adverse reactions. Conclusion Edaravone injection combined with danshen ligustrazin injection has certain clinical effect in treating acute cerebral infarction,can effectively improve the neurological function and activity of daily living,and is relatively safe.
