Objective To investigate the relationship between blood lipids index,blood glucose,urine microalbumin level and cardiac function of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods From 2014 to 2015 in the People's Hospital of Enping,a total of 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as A group,38 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as B group,42 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with coronary heart disease were selected as C group;a total of 44 healthy cases admitted to this hospital for physical examination were selected as control group. Blood glucose related index( including FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c ),blood lipids index( including TC,TG and HDL-C),index of cardiac function(including LVEF,LA and LVPW)and urine microalbumin level were compared among the four groups,and the correlations were analyzed. Results FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c ,TC,TG and urine microalbumin level of A group,B group and C group were statistically significantly higher than those of control group,while HDL-C of A group,B group and C group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c ,TC,TG and urine microalbumin level of A group were statistically significantly higher than those of B group,while HDL-C of A group was statistically significantly lower than that of B group(P ﹤ 0. 05);FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c ,TC,TG and urine microalbumin level of B group were statistically significantly lower than those of C group,while HDL-C of B group was statistically significantly higher than that of C group(P ﹤ 0. 05);HbA1c and urine microalbumin level of A group were statistically significantly lower than those of C group,while TC,TG and HDL-C of A group were statistically significantly higher than those of C group( P ﹤ 0. 05). LVEF of B group and C group was statistically significantly lower than that of A group and control group,respectively,while LA and LVPW of B group and C group were statistically significantly higher than those of A group and control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);LVEF of B group was statistically significantly higher than that of C group,LA and LVPW of B group were statistically significantly lower than those of C group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that,FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c ,TC, TG,HDL-C and urine microalbumin level was respectively negatively correlated with LVEF of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with coronary heart disease(r = - 0. 13, - 0. 08, - 0. 10, - 0. 11, - 0. 09, - 0. 11, - 0. 13,P ﹤ 0. 05), was respectively positively correlated with LA(r = 0. 13,0. 09,0. 11,0. 10,0. 08,0. 13,0. 11,P ﹤ 0. 05),with LVPW (r = 0. 14,0. 10,0. 11,0. 11,0. 10,0. 12,0. 12,P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Blood lipids index,blood glucose,urine microalbumin level are correlated with the cardiac function of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with coronary heart disease,elevated FPG,TC,TG and urine microalbumin level,decreased HDL-C may lead to poor cardiac function.%目的：探讨血脂、血糖、尿微量清蛋白（mAlb）与老年2型糖尿病并冠心病患者心功能的关系。方法选取2014—2015年恩平市人民医院收治的老年2型糖尿病和冠心病患者120例，根据疾病类型分为2型糖尿病组40例（A 组）、冠心病组38例（B 组），2型糖尿病并冠心病组42例（C 组）；另选取同期在本院体检健康者44例作为对照组。测定所有受检者血糖指标〔空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h 血糖（2 hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c ）〕、血脂指标〔总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）〕、心功能指标〔左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左心房内径（LA）、左心室后壁厚度（LVPW）〕及 mAlb 水平，并进行相关性分析。结果 A、B、C 组患者 FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、mAlb 水平高于对照组，HDL-C水平低于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）；A 组患者 FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、mAlb 水平高于 B 组，HDL-C水平低于 B 组（ P ﹤0.05）；B 组患者 FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TG、mAlb 水平低于 C组，HDL-C水平高于 C 组（P ﹤0.05）；A 组患者 HbA1c、mAlb 水平低于 C 组，TC、TG、HDL-C水平高于 C 组（P ﹤0.05）。B、C 组患者 LVEF 低于 A 组、对照组，LA、LVPW 高于 A 组、对照组（P ﹤0.05）；B 组患者 LVEF 高于 C 组， LA、LVPW 低于 C 组（ P ﹤0.05）。Pearson 相关分析结果显示，C 组患者 FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、HDL-C、mAlb 与 LVEF 呈负相关（r 值分别为-0.13、-0.08、-0.10、-0.11、-0.09、-0.11、-0.13，P ﹤0.05），与 LA （r 值分别为0.13、0.09、0.11、0.10、0.08、0.13、0.11，P ﹤0.05）、LVPW（r 值分别为0.14、0.10、0.11、0.11、0.10、0.12、0.12，P ﹤0.05）呈正相关。结论血脂、血糖、mAlb 与老年2型糖尿病并冠心病患者心功能有关，血糖、TC、TG、mAlb 水平升高，HDL-C水平降低可导致患者心功能减退。
