Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasonic scalpel in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods 100 patients with hysteromyoma received treatment in our hospital. all the patients were diagnosed by clinical examination and treated with high-intensity focused ultrasonic scalpel. the clinical therapeutic effects and changes of CD3+, CD4+and other indexes of peripheral blood were compared. Results Before and after treatment, the CD4+/CD8+did not change significantly, the difference was not statistically significant (t = 2.5351, P＞ 0.05). Compared with the treatment before treatment, the level of CD4+and CD3+in peripheral blood increased significantly in the first week after treatment, and the total effective rate was significantly higher in 1 month (90％) than 1 week after treatment (70％), the difference between the groups was significant (P ＜ 0.05). In this group, the incidence of gross hematuria and lower limb numbness were 7％ and 12％, respectively. the symptoms were significantly improved, and no significant increase in menstrual flow was observed. Conclusion Using high intensity focused ultrasonic scalpel in the treatment of uterine fibroids has no damage, operation time is short, economy, etc., after treatment, the patients recover quickly, and the incidence of adverse reaction and complications is low, can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, is worthy to be widely used in clinical treatment program.%目的 探讨子宫肌瘤患者高强度聚焦超声刀治疗的临床疗效.方法 以100例子宫肌瘤患者为对象,上述患者均经临床检查确诊,并采用高强度聚焦超声刀进行治疗,对比不同时间段患者临床治疗效果及外周血CD3+、CD4+等指标变化情况.结果 治疗前与治疗后1周患者CD4+/CD8+并没有明显变化,差异不具有统计学意义 (t=2.5351,P＞ 0.05).与治疗前相比较,治疗后1周患者外周血CD4+和CD3+水平均有显著升高,且患者治疗后1个月 (90％) 治疗总有效率明显高于治疗后1周 (70％),组间差异显著 (P ＜0.05).患者肉眼血尿、下肢轻微麻木发生率分别为7％、12％,给予相对应的治疗,患者症状得到显著好转,并没有出现月经量显著增多等其他不良反应.结论 采用高强度聚焦超声刀治疗子宫肌瘤具有无创、手术所用时间短、经济等优点,治疗后患者恢复速度快,且不良反应和并发症发生率低,能有效提升临床治疗效果,是1种值得在临床上推广使用的治疗方案.
