颈淋巴清扫联合局部扩大切除治疗涎腺癌的近期疗效

摘要

目的：探讨颈淋巴清扫联合局部扩大切除治疗涎腺癌的近期临床效果。方法19例涎腺癌患者均采用颈淋巴清扫联合局部扩大切除治疗，观察近期临床效果。结果治疗前轻度、中度、重度 VAS 评分发生率分别为21．05％、47．37％、31．58％，治疗后轻度、中度、重度 VAS 评分发生率分别为66．67％、27．77％、5．56％。治疗前后 VAS评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。而 KPS 评分上，治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论颈淋巴清扫联合局部扩大切除治疗涎腺癌近期疗效满意，能明显缓解临床症状，远期疗效尚需做进一步研究。%Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of neck dissection combined with local extended resection for salivary gland cancer.Methods 19 salivary gland cancer received neck dissection combined with local extended resection , short-term efficacy were observed.Results Before treatment,incidence rates of mild,moderate,severe VAS score were 21.05%, 47.37%,31.58%;after treatment,incidence rates of mild,moderate,severe VAS score were 66.67%,27.77%,5.56%,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).There had no significant difference in KPS score before and after treatment (P >0.05).Conclusion Neck dissection combined with local extended resection for salivary gland cancer has good short -term effica-cy,and it can significantly relieve clinical symptoms .Long-term effects still need further research .
