IA2 期宫颈癌患者根治性子宫切除术的临床效果分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the surgical outcomes of patients with stage IA 2 cervical cancer treated with radical hysterectomy.Methods Data of 58 patients who underwent modified radical hysterectomy were retrospectively reviewed.The a-nalysis included clinicopathological risk factors (nodal metastasis,parametrial involvement),adjuvant treatment,1-year disease-free survival and 1-year overall survival.Results 1-year disease-free survival and 1-year overall survival rates were 89.7%and 97.4%.1 patient(5.5%) had pelvic lymph node metastases.There was no statistically significant association between survival and prognostic factors such as age ,histological cell type ,lymph-vascular space invasion ,vaginal margin status and lymph node sta-tus.Surgical and survival outcomes of patients with stage IA 2 cervical cancer were excellent.Conclusion Stage IA2 cervical cancer treated with radical hysterectomy is effective.%目的 评估IA2 期宫颈癌患者根治性子宫切除术的手术效果. 方法 回顾性分析行改良根治性子宫切除术18例患者的临床资料,包括临床病理危险因素(淋巴结转移,宫旁受累) ,辅助治疗,1年无病生存率和1年总生存率.结果 1年无病生存期和1年总生存率分别为89.7%和97.4%,1例(5.5%)患者盆腔淋巴结转移. 年龄,细胞学类型,淋巴血管间隙浸润,阴道切缘和淋巴结状态与生存预后无显著相关性. IA2 期宫颈癌患者的手术效果和生存预后均良好. 结论 对IA2 期宫颈癌患者行子宫切除盆腔淋巴结清扫术疗效好.
