EGFR和自噬标记蛋白Beclin1在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of EGFR and autophagy marker protein Beclin1 in human cervical cancer.Methods 50 cases of patients with cervical cancer,collected carcinoma tissue samples,and collected specimens of normal tissues from 20 patients underwent total hysterectomy (control group),and the tissues of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) from 19 patients were collected.Compared the expression of EGFR and autophagy marker protein Beclin1in among the 3 group.Results Positive rates of EGFR was the highest in cervical cancer,second highest in CIN group and and the lowest in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the positive rate of Beclin1 was the highest in the control group,second highest in CIN group and and the lowest in cervical cancer (P ＜ 0.05),positive rate of Beclin1 showed significant correlation with lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Expression of EGFR and Beclin1 are associated with the development of cervical cancer,and Beclin1 positive expression is closely related to lymph node metastasis.%目的 分析表皮生长因子受体1 (EGFR)和自噬标记蛋白Beclin1在宫颈癌组织中的意义.方法 子宫颈癌患者癌组织标本50例,行全子宫切除术的正常组织标本20例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)病变组织标本19例,比较3组标本中EGFR和Beclin1的表达阳性情况、宫颈癌临床资料与EGFR和Beclin1表达的关系.结果 EGFR表达阳性率以宫颈癌组最高,其次为CIN组,正常对照组最低(P＜0.05),Beclin1的表达阳性率以宫颈癌组最低,其次为CIN组,正常对照组最高(PP ＜0.05),Beclin1表达阳性率与是否发生淋巴结转移显著相关(P＜0.05).结论 EGFR和Beclin1表达与宫颈癌的发生发展有关,且Beclin1表达与是否发生淋巴结转移密切相关.
