目的 探讨维生素复合液漱口与思密达联合碘甘油混合液局部涂抹对化疗后口腔粘膜炎的疗效.方法 选择确诊肿瘤并在化疗期间继发口腔粘膜炎的患者100例,随机分配病例作为实验组(采用思密达联合碘甘油混合液局部涂抹治疗)和对照组(使用维生素复合液漱口),治疗时间5天,并对比研究实验组和对照组患者口腔黏膜炎改善效果.结果 实验组无效、显效、有效分别为3、44、6例,对照组分别为22、3、22例;实验组显效率为88.6％,对照组显效率为6.3％(P＜0.01);实验组和对照组连续治疗后口腔粘膜炎严重程度评估结果对比:轻度分别为:16.98％,36.17％;中度分别为:24.53％,42.55％;重度分别为1.87％,4.25％,实验组口腔黏膜持续时间为(3.68±0.78)天,对照组为(7.75±1.40)天,实验组相对于对照组减少(4.07±0.62)天.结论 采用思密达联合碘甘油混合液局部涂抹治疗疗效显著,可明显改口腔黏膜炎病情并缩短病程.%Objective To compare and analyze the routine use of vitamin compound collutory and smecta combined with iodine glycerin mixture topical application for oral mucositis in patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy.Methods 100 cases of tumor with oral mucositis during chemotherapy,were randomly divided into the experimental group (treated with smecta combined with iodine glycerin mixture topical treatment) and the control group (using the vitamin compound collutory) were observed in 5 days of treatment,and oral mucositis improvement rate of the 2 groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,valid,effective and efficient were 3 cases,44 cases and 6 cases,respectively;in the control group,valid,effective and efficient were 22 cases,3 cases and 22 cases,The effective rate was 88.6％ in the experimental group and 6.3％ in the control group (P ＜0.01).The experimental group and the control group after continuous treatment,oral mucositis severity assessment results were mild proportion:16.98％,36.17 ％;moderate proportion:24.53 ％,42.55 ％;severe proportion 1.87％,4.25％;the duration of the experimental group was (3.68 ± 1.40) days,and (7.75 ± 1.40) days in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the duration of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group by (4.07 ± 0.62) days.Conclusion Smecta combined with iodine glycerin mixture topical application for oral mucositis is effective and can obviously shortened the duration and reduce the severity of oral mucositis.
