Objective To compare the efficacy between microsurgery and conventional surgery on parasagittal and parafalcine meningioma in functional area .Methods 80 patients with parasagittal and parafalcine meningioma in functional area were randomized into the control group ( conventional surgery ) and the observation group ( microsurgery ) ,40 patients per group . The surgery condition ,tumor resection,and the clinical efficacy in the 2 groups were compared .Results Compared with the con-trol group,the intraoperative blood loss was significantly decreased and bleeding rate in operative area was obviously reduced in the observation group (P<0.05);compared with the control group,the total tumor removal rate was significantly increased in the observation group (P<0.05);compared with the control group ,the effective rate of surgery was significantly increased in the ob-servation group (P<0.05).Conclusion The microsurgery is worthy of clinical promotion with significant efficacy and high safety for patients with parasagittal and parafalcine meningioma in functional area .%目的 比较显微外科与常规手术治疗功能区矢状窦镰旁脑膜瘤的疗效.方法 80例功能区矢状窦镰旁脑膜瘤患者,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(常规手术)和观察组(显微外科手术),每组各40例,比较两组手术情况、肿瘤切除情况以及手术治疗的临床疗效.结果 与对照组相比,观察组术中出血量明显减少,术区出血发生率显著降低,P<0.05;与对照组相比,观察组肿瘤全切率明显增高,P<0.05;与对照组相比,观察组手术治疗的有效率显著提高,P<0.05.结论 显微外科手术治疗功能区矢状窦镰旁脑膜瘤的疗效显著、安全性高,值得临床广泛推广.
