Objective To evaluate the impact of docetaxel injection combined with radiotherapy treatment on serum IL -6、IL-8 and CRP Levels in patients with esophageal cancer .Methods 60 cases of patients with esophageal cancer were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (n=30) and the control group (n=30).The experimental group received do-cetaxel injection combined with radiotherapy treatment ,while the control group received radiotherapy treatment alone .Compared the changes of serum IL-6、IL-8 and CRP Levels in the 2 groups,and observed the clinical effects and adverse reactions .Results After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6、IL-8 and CRP decreased,and the levels of serum IL-6、IL-8 and CRP in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment (93.33%) in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group (73.33%),the difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05);The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 30.00%,while the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 33.33%,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of docetaxel injection combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer is better ,it is worthy of clinical application .%目的 探讨多西他赛注射液联合放疗对食管癌患者血清IL-6、IL-8及CRP的影响.方法 选取60例非手术治疗的食管癌患者,将其随机分为实验组(n=30)与对照组(n=30).实验组采用多西他赛注射液联合放疗治疗,对照组则单纯采用放疗治疗.比较2组患者血清IL-6、IL-8及CRP含量、临床效果及不良反应.结果 治疗后,2组患者血清IL-6、IL-8及CRP水平均下降,且实验组患者血清IL-6、IL-8及CRP水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者治疗的总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组患者(73.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应比较,实验组的发生率为30.00%,对照组的发生率为33.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 多西他赛注射液联合放疗治疗食管癌比单纯采用放疗治疗效果更佳,值得临床推广应用.
