老年丙型肝炎肝硬化的中药治疗探讨

摘要

目的 氧化苦参碱胶囊和软肝灵胶囊治疗老年丙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期的疗效评价. 方法 将研究对象分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用氧化苦参碱胶囊和软肝灵胶囊联合治疗,对照组采用软肝灵胶囊治疗,治疗3月后,比较2组患者治疗前后肝功能、肝纤维化指标及血清丙型肝炎病毒RNA (HCV-RNA)水平的变化.结果 治疗3月后,试验组和对照组肝功能均较治疗前明显好转,但试验组疗效更佳.试验组HCV-RNA水平下降显著.2组患者血清肝纤维化指标均较治疗前明显好转,但组间无统计学差异. 结论 氧化苦参碱胶囊具有抗HCV、缓解肝脏炎症作用,软肝灵胶囊具有抗纤维化、缓解肝脏炎症作用,两者联合治疗丙型肝炎肝硬化安全、有效.%Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of ruanganling capsules (RGLC) and oxymatrine capsules (OMC) on chronic hepatitis C (CHC) complicated with hepatocirrhosis.Methods Forty-two patients with CHC were assigned to two groups randomly.The patients in test group received 0.2 g of OMC and 2 capsules of RGLC thrice daily.The patients in control group received 2 capsules of RGLC thrice daily.In all cases,the treatment course was 3 months.Liver function,liver fibrosis index and HCV-RNA were detected in both groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment for 3 months,The levels of ALT,AST and Tbil were decerased significantly in two groups,and more significantly in the test group (P ＜ 0.05).The level of HCV-RNA was declined significantly in test group.The liver fibrosis index were decreased significantly in two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions OMC can improve liver function and has antiHCV effects,and RGLC can improve liver function and alleviate liver fibrosis.The treatment with OMC and RGLC is safe and effective in patients with CHC complicated with hepatocirrhosis.
