目的 观察中药联合小剂量干扰素治疗老年慢性丙型肝炎的疗效及安全性.方法 将符合慢性丙型肝炎诊断标准的60例老年患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,小剂量干扰素联合利巴韦林基础上加用利湿活血中药治疗,疗程12个月,随访6个月;对照组30例,小剂量干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗,疗程及随访时间同治疗组.结果 治疗组完全显效63.3％,对照组33.3％,两组有显著差异(P＜0.05)；两组症状积分在治疗后,治疗组较对照组明显好转(P＜0.05).结论 中药联合小剂量干扰素治疗老年慢性丙型肝炎较传统治疗更为安全,有效,可在临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine combined with small dose of interferon therapy in elderly patients with chronic hepatitis C clinical curative effect and safety. Methods 60 elderly patients with chronic hepatitis C were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in the treatment group treated with small dose interferon in combination with ribavirin combined with Lishihuoxue traditional Chinese herbs and 30 cases of the control group treated with small dose interferon in combination with ribavirin therapy. Results The effective rate of treatment group and control group were 63. 3% and 33. 3% with significant difference. The incidence of adverse reactions and severity of treatment group were lower than that of the control group. Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat elderly patients with chronic hepatitis C with traditional Chinese medicine combined with small dose interferon.
