经会阴直肠乙状结肠部分切除术治疗直肠脱垂

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perineal rectosigmoidectomy on rectal prolapse.Methods Forty-six patients with rectal prolapse who received surgical treatment be-tween June 2009 and June 2010 were randomly treated with perineal rectosigmoidectomy (study group,n=26)or sclerosing agent injection (control group,n=26).Results The total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (95.65% vs 65.22%,P <0.05).There were no significant differences in operation time,hospital stay,recurrence rate and complications between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Perineal rectosigmoidectomy is ef-fective for rectal prolapse and results in low recurrence rate and few complications.%目的：探讨经会阴直肠乙状结肠部分切除术治疗直肠脱垂的疗效。方法选择2009年6月至2010年6月接受手术治疗的直肠脱垂患者46例，按随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组各23例。研究组行经会阴直肠乙状结肠部分切除术，对照组行硬化剂注射治疗。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（95．65％比65．22％，P ＜0．05），2组手术时间、住院时间、复发率及并发症比较，差异无统计学意义（均 P ＞0．05）。结论经会阴直肠乙状结肠部分切除术治疗直肠脱垂疗效显著，复发率低，并发症少。
