基于二级电压控制的河南电网分区和主导节点选择

         

摘要

Voltage partitioning and pilot nodes selecting are the basis of secondary voltage control. For Henan power grid, an integrated partition method is proposed based on spectral coefficient averaging algorithm and fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm. An objective function based on controllability and representativeness of load node is adopted to find the pilot node of each voltage control area. The simulation result verifies the validities of the method and provides a theoretical basis for secondary voltage control in Henan power grid.This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.51007067), Doctoral Program of Higher Education of China (No. 20100141120026), the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Unversities (No.5082008), Science and Technology Program of State Grid (KJ (2010) 72).%划分控制区域和选取主导节点是二级电压控制的基础.针对河南电网,基于谱系数平均距离法和模糊C均值聚类算法( FCM),提出了一种电压控制区域的综合划分方法.利用一种考虑节点可控性和代表性加权的目标函数,给出了主导节点的选取方法.仿真计算验证了该方法的有效性.研究成果可为河南电网的二级电压控制提供一定的理论依据.
