配电变压器谐波附加损耗在线监测系统研究

         

摘要

配电变压器谐波损耗在线监测是指导高损耗变压器判定以及保障变压器经济运行的重要手段.引入Γ型电路模型对变压器谐波附加损耗模型进行改进,并利用绕组损耗与涡流损耗的比例关系,补偿谐波对变压器铁芯造成的损耗,有效提高了该算法的精确性.基于此方法设计了变压器谐波附加损耗在线监测系统,系统硬件主控制器为DSP2812,实现模拟量检测,并通过串口与上位机通信,为监测变压器谐波附加损耗提供实时数据,系统软件采用Visual C++ 6.0开发,包括:数据显示模块、串口操作模块和变压器参数设置模块.试验分析表明了监测系统计算结果的正确性.%Online monitoring of distribution transformer harmonic loss is an important approach to providing decision-making for thedetermination of the high-loss transformer and ensuring the transformer economic operation. Γ circuit model is introduced to improve the transformer harmonic additional loss model and the accuracy of the algorithm is effectively improved by using the ratio of winding loss and eddy current loss to compensate transformer core loss caused by harmonics. Based on which, online monitoring system for transformer harmonic additional loss is designed. System host controller adopts DSP2812 which can detect transformer operating parameters and supply real-time data for monitoring transformer harmonic additional loss through serial port. The system software is developed by object-oriented Visual C + + 6.0, including data display module, serial port operation module and transformer parameters setting module. The analysis of the experiment indicates that the result of monitoring system is correct.
