一种改进型PSS4B电力系统稳定器的工程化应用研究

         

摘要

The design conception and operating principle of PSS4B power system stabilizer are presented, the advantage of PSS4B's low frequency oscillation suppression ability is verified by theoretical analysis and comparison with PSS2B. After that, this paper puts forward an improved PSS model named PSS4B-W based on the existing problems on PSS4B's engineering application. PSS4B-W phase modulation method is proposed by generator excitation system's no compensation frequency response test, and the phase modulation effect is verified by generator load voltage step test. The step test result shows that PSS4B-W can not only meet the requirements of high frequency band's phase modulation, but also provide better suppression effect on low frequency band. Finally, this paper summarizes and presents the recommendations and advices of PSS4B and PSS4B-W's engineering application.%分析了电力系统稳定器PSS4B的设计理念和工作原理,分析和验证PSS4B相对于PSS2B在低频段振荡抑制能力上的优势及其在工程化应用中存在的问题.介绍了一种改进型PSS4B电力系统稳定器PSS4B-W的设计思路,并根据实际发电机组测频扰动试验波形给出了 PSS4B-W 相位校正计算方法.通过负载电压阶跃试验对比验证了其校正效果,证明了经相位校正的 PSS4B-W 既能满足高频段相位补偿要求,又能在低频段提供较强抑制能力.最后提出了PSS4B和PSS4B-W的工程化应用建议.
