基于最优路径的中压配电网设备巡视规划

     

摘要

ABSTRACT:Medium voltage distribution network directly aff-ects the power supply reliability of power system. As there is a large number of medium voltage power distribution equipment to be inspected,inspectors face a large quantity of daily work. In order to improve the work efficiency and optimize the allocation of inspectors’patrol vehicles,this paper proposes an optimum path of medium voltage distribution network planning model based on analysis of the main factors of the inspection planning, and uses the genetic algorithm to solve the model. The analysis of different scenes shows that:if the number of the equipment for each inspector responsible and the time he or she uses are not considered,the total time used is the least,but the number of the equipment each inspector is responsible for and the daily workload for inspection are quite different. If the number of the equipment each inspector is responsible for is made equal,then the daily workload for each inspector is largely different. If the inspection time for each inspector is made equal,then the num-ber of the equipment each inspector is responsible for is largely different. The inspection planning could be made reasonable based on the two constraints:the equal number of the equipment and equal daily workload for each inspector.%中压配电网的安全运行直接影响着电力系统的供电可靠性。由于中压配电网的设备较多,给日常巡视工作带来较大困难。为了提高巡视人员工作效率以及优化配置巡视车辆,在分析设备巡视规划主要影响因素的基础上,提出基于最优路径的中压配电网设备巡视规划模型,并采用遗传算法对模型进行求解。通过对不同场景的分析可知:不考虑各巡视人员负责的设备数量以及工作时间的情况下,总用时最少,但巡视人员负责的设备数量以及各巡视日的工作量差别较大;当每个巡视员负责的设备数量尽可能相等时会使得各巡视人员在各巡视日的工作量相差较大;当每个巡视日的巡视时间尽可能相等时会使得各巡视人员巡视的设备数量不同;根据每个巡视员负责的设备尽可能相同和每个巡视日的巡视时间尽可能相同这两个约束条件得到的巡视规划比较合理。
