抗灾型电网安全风险评估方法研究

     

摘要

ABSTRACT:As power grids are widely distributed and trans-mission lines are long in China, power grids have to face various influences of geographical and climatic environments. As a result,it is necessary to study on the planning of the anti-disaster grid to strengthen its resistance to the natural disaster. The security evaluation of power grids is an important link in checking the formed power grid planning scheme. The conven-tional security evaluation usually uses the simulation of losing single line,giving inadequate consideration to the regionalism and the cascading failures of disasters. Therefore it is of great significance to propose a security evaluation method suitable for the anti-disaster power grid planning. This paper analyzes the mechanism of large scale grid accidents from the angle of power grid fault characteristics and complex network theory, and verifies feasibility of the security evaluation for the ability to resist the natural disaster with complex network theory.%我国电网分布范围广,输电线路距离长,常面临各种复杂地理环境和气候环境的影响。为了提高电网抵御自然灾害的能力,亟需开展抗灾型电网规划的研究工作。电网安全评估是对已形成的电网规划方案进行检验的重要环节。常规的安全评估多使用模拟失去单一线路的方法,对灾害的地域性及其引发的大范围连锁故障考虑不足。因此,提出适用于抗灾型电网规划的安全评估方法将具有重要意义。从电网故障行为特征和复杂网络理论的角度分析了自然灾害引发的大规模电网事故的机理,验证了采用复杂网络理论对电网抵御自然灾害的能力进行安全评估的可行性。
