智能电网下电动汽车和可再生能源的协同发展

         

摘要

目前,全球能源系统和生态环境面临巨大的挑战,能源互联网的背景下,交通系统和能源利用逐步向电气化和绿色化发展.智能电网下电动汽车与可再生能源的协同发展对保障能源安全、防治大气污染、促进节能减排具有重要意义.由于可再生能源具有随机性、间歇性、电力电子化的特点,电动汽车与可再生能源的协同发展充满挑战.文中对智能电网结构及电动汽车与可再生能源在电网中的互动进行了描述.在分析了二者发展对电网产生的影响后,对解决不同问题的关键技术包括智能充电技术、协同调度技术和能量管理技术等方面的研究进行了梳理和分析.对二者协同发展所产生的环境和经济效益进行了计算和分析.%At present,the global energy system and the ecological environment are facing great challenges.Under the background of the Energy Internet,both transportation system and energy utilization are developing towards electrification and greening.The coordinated development of electric vehicles and renewable energy under the smart grid is of great significance to the protection of energy security,the prevention and control of air pollution,and the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction.However,as renewable energy has the characteristics of randomness,intermittency and electric power electronics,the coordinated development of electric vehicles and renewable energy is full of challenges.In this paper,first of all,the architecture of smart grid and the interaction between electric vehicles and renewable energy in the power grid is depicted.Following an analysis of the development of EVs and renewable energy on the power grid,the key technologies including smart charging,coordinated scheduling and energy management are investigated.Furthermore,the economic and environmental impacts of the synergies are analyzed and calculated.
