基于模型预测控制的微电网经济调度

         

摘要

含分布式冷热电联供(combined cooling,heating,and power,CCHP)型的微电网技术,是提高微电网内能源利用效率、满足供需就地平衡的有效手段.提出1种冷热电联供型微电网经济调度方法,以实时电价及负荷需求作为参考,通过模糊理论确定微网向外购售电及网内各微源输出功率;考虑到热(冷)负荷及间歇性电源的随机扰动性,采用模型预测控制(model predictive control,MPC)对其加以控制;为保证闭环控制的稳定性,对储能SOC进行模糊自适应控制,将控制的输出作为滞后的反馈矫正环节对控制偏差进行修正,以保证闭环控制的稳定性.以国内某一试点工程作为算例,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性.%Microgrid containing combined cooling,heating,and power (CCHP),is one of effective ways to improve energy use efficiency and realize power balance locally.Based on new power reform,this paper puts forward an economical dispatch method for the microgrid which contains CCHP.With the real-time electricity price and load demand as reference,the buying and selling power of the microgrid and the output of each micro source within the microgrid are determined by fuzzy theory;for random disturbance of the heat (cold) load and intermittent power supply,the model predictive control (MPC)is used.To ensure the stability of the closed-loop control of energy storage,SOC fuzzy adaptive control is used for energy storage and the control output is used as the delayed feedback deviation correction link.The effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method are verified by a pilot project in China.
