基于双层多目标粒子群优化算法的输变电工程立项决策研究

         

摘要

For a number of power transmission projects reported as options,studies should be made on key issues for project approval and project decision-making in an effective way.This paper proposes a model for project approval and project decision-making for power transmission projects based on doublelayer multi-objective particle swarm optimization.The model consists of two stages:project approval and decision making,using double multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model Pareto optimal solution,using 5 evaluation indexes-grid safety,adaptability and environmental friendliness,economy and coordination to select the optimal scheme.Finally,an example of the proposed algorithm is analyzed and verified,and the results prove effectiveness of the proposed algorithm model.%针对如何从电网建设上报的大量输变电工程中,选择需要的且以一种有效方案实施的立项决策关键问题进行研究,提出了一种基于双层多目标粒子群优化算法的输变电工程立项决策评价模型.该模型包括2个阶段——立项和决策,采用双层多目标粒子群优化算法对模型进行求解pareto最优解,并使用5个评价指标——电网的安全性、适应性、环境友好性、经济与协调性综合选出最优方案.最后对所提出的算法模型进行算例分析验证,验证结果证明了本算法模型的有效性.
