基于“日盲”紫外脉冲的变电站绝缘子劣化程度检测研究

         

摘要

Due to environmental factors,the performance of insulators under outdoor conditions deteriorates,and when the deterioration reaches to a certain point,the insulation performance will be degraded and then the operation status of insulators should be checked.In this paper,we design a faulty detecting device based on "Solar Blind" UV pulse detection for transformer substation insulators and put forward a multivariate nonlinear regression analysis method to find the mathematical expression between degree of faulty insulators and distance,UV pulse and environment humidity.Through establishment of the test model for faulty insulators,we rank the level of faulty insulators in the form of a percentage,which makes the test result clear and direct.Experiment results show that this mathematical expression can be a criterion for judgment of faulty insulators.The result can provide research methods and ideas for real-time condition monitoring of the transformer substation insulators.%户外工况下的绝缘子由于环境因素的作用导致性能劣化,当劣化到一定程度时,绝缘性能就会降低,需要对绝缘子的运行状况进行检测.设计一种基于“日盲”紫外脉冲检测的变电站绝缘子劣化程度远距离检测装置,并提出运用非线性回归方法寻找绝缘子劣化程度与距离、紫外脉冲数、环境湿度间的关系式,将绝缘子劣化程度以百分数的形式表示并划分等级,使得检测结果清晰直观.测试结果证明,该系统能够判断绝缘子的劣化程度,推导的劣化程度数学关系式能作为绝缘子劣化程度判断的准确依据.此研究结果可为在线评估变电站绝缘子劣化程度提供方法和思路.
