综合无功优化与网络重构的配电网优化运行研究

     

摘要

In the past,the reactive power optimization and the network reconfiguration of the distribution network are mostly conducted separately;however,the actual optimization of distribution network should take full account of the coordination and cooperation of various optimization techniques.Therefore,this paper presents a comprehensive optimization model using reactive power compensation and network reconstruction of the distribution network at the same time,the model uses the annual comprehensive cost as the objective function and comply with the constraints containing the power balance in the network,radial network and so on,using shuffled leaping frog algorithm(SFLA)to determine the optimal solution.Test results of the IEEE33 node distribution network system show that compared with the previous model of using the two techniques respectively,the model presented in this paper can fully exploit the potential economic value of the coordination and cooperation of reactive power optimization and network reeonfiguration and thus it has some practical value.%以往对配网无功优化与网络重构的研究大多是分别单独进行的,然而,实际配电网优化运行应该充分考虑各种优化技术的协调与配合.提出无功补偿与网络重构同时进行的配网综合优化模型.该模型以年综合费用作为目标函数,在满足网络功率平衡、网络呈辐射状运行等约束条件下,采用混合蛙跳算法求得最佳综合优化方案.IEEE33节点配网系统测试结果表明,相比分别单独进行的无功优化与网络重构,所提优化模型能充分发掘无功优化与网络重构2项技术相互配合存在的潜在经济价值,具有一定的实用参考价值.
