基于模糊聚类的可调节/可中断负荷辨识

     

摘要

掌握高载能负荷在综合负荷中的结构比例是应用其消纳新能源的基础.将高载能负荷可调节、可中断特性转化为特征参数,应用模糊聚类法求解特征参数的聚类中心,建立负荷特征参数对聚类中心的隶属度与综合负荷中可调节、可中断负荷比例的映射关系,并依据实测负荷特征参数及其对聚类中心的隶属度辨识出可调节、可中断负荷在实测综合负荷中的结构比例.所提的方法可为有效利用高载能负荷的可调节与可中断能力与网-源进行协调控制提供有力的依据.实例仿真验证了所提方法的有效性.%To have knowledge of the proportion of highenergy load in the synthetic load is essential to improve the accommodation of renewable energy.Transforming adjustable and interruptible traits of high-energy load into characteristic index,this paper calculates the cluster center of the characteristic parameters by fuzzy clustering method,and establishes the mapping between membership degree of characteristic parameters to the cluster center and the ratio of adjustable and interruptible load in the synthetic load.On this basis,the paper identifies the proportion of adjustable and interruptible load in the synthetic load based on the characteristic parameters of measured load and their membership degree to the cluster centers.The proposed method can provide a strong basis for taking advantage of the adjustable and interruptible ability of the load to coordinate with the grid and power sources.The simulation has verified the effectiveness of the method.
