混合动态无功补偿系统的无功协调控制

         

摘要

In order to realize high-capacity and low-cost var compensation of distribution power grid,the hybrid dynamic var compensator(HDVC) is studyed.The HDVC is consist of a small capacity distribution static synchronous compensator (DSTATCOM) and high capacity static var compensator (SVC).The structure and working principle of HDVC are described.Based on analyzing the interaction between SVC and DSTATCOM in HDVC system, reactive power coordinated control strategy based on proportional gain is proposed to realize the optimal allocation of reactive power between SVC and DSTATCOM.This control method is simple and easy to implement in project.In addition,the parameters design of HDVC's main circuit is given .The experimental results not only show the validity of HDVC and the proposed control strategy, but also show that HDVC can dynamically compensate reactive power and voltage fluctuation.%为实现配电网大容量低成本动态无功补偿,研究了一种混合动态无功补偿系统(HDVC),主要由较小容量的配电静止同步补偿器( DSTATCOM)和较大容量的静止无功补偿器(SVC)组成.这里阐述了HDVC的结构及工作原理,同时分析了HDVC系统中SVC与DSTATCOM的相互影响,并在此基础上提出了基于比例增益的SVC与DSTATCOM无功协调控制方法.该方法不仅可实现SVC与DSTATCOM之间无功的最优分配,而且还具有简单易于工程实现的优点.此外,给出了HDVC主电路的参数设计.实验结果不仅验证了研究内容的有效性,而且还表明HDVC能够动态补偿无功及电压波动.
