基于FPGA的感应加热逆变斩波调功控制电路

     

摘要

提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的逆变斩波式调功的控制方法,在满足频率跟踪的条件下,产生了4路脉宽相间依次可调的逆变触发脉冲信号,通过控制H桥4个开关元件的导通时间达到了对输出功率调节的目的.对频率跟踪、触发脉冲信号和引前触发角度及死区时间等功能进行了分析和设计;对其工作原理和电路模块进行了详细描述,实验结果表明该电路产生的脉冲信号达到了预期结果.%A kind of inverter chopper power regulation control method based on field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is put forward,under the condition of meeting the frequency tracking,a four-way adjustable pulse width and in turn the inverter trigger pulse signal is produced,through the four switch components,control the H-bridge conduction time to accomplish the goals for output power regulation.Frequency tracking,trigger pulse signals,trigger angle of lookahead and dead zone are analyzed and designed.The working principle and circuit module are described,and the experimental results show that the pulse signal generated from the circuit achieve the expected results.
