蓄电池充放电用大功率PWM变流器的研制

             

摘要

Due to the existing problems in thyristor phase control technique in charge and discharge of high power battery,a bi-directional converter system modulated by three-phase voltage pulse width modulation (PWM) based on the space vector method.The system can be used to improve the power factor of the power network at the rectifier and inverter modes,and realized a seamless switching between rectifier and active inverter along with the change of DC voltage.Dual closed-loop controlled by direct current and voltage feed-forward methods are adopted to ensure the characteristics of better dynamic property,high robustness,strong anti-interference ability,etc.At last,the 80 kVA engineering prototype is designed,and each performance index meets requirements.%针对大功率蓄电池充放电所用晶闸管相控技术存在的问题,设计了一种基于空间矢量调制的三相电压型脉宽调制(PWM)双向变流器系统,该系统在整流和有源逆变工作模式下均可改善电网侧的功率因数,并实现系统跟随其直流侧电压的变化在整流和有源逆变状态之间无缝切换.采用双闭环的直接电流控制方式并结合电压前馈控制,使系统具有动态性能好、鲁棒性强、抗电压干扰能力强等特点.最后,设计了一台80 kVA的工程样机,各项性能指标满足技术要求.
