电力营销组织管理创新方法探索

     

摘要

The power grid enterprises are facing huge surviv⁃al threat because of the external environment changing. They start⁃ed building market⁃oriented“ Entrance + Platform”for strategic transformation. Under the "Internet plus" economic society envi⁃ronment , it is critical to applicate and operate the platform suc⁃cessfully, namely that it is vital to maximize the multiplier effect of the platform through production organization, operation and man⁃agement innovation. The innovation of organization and manage⁃ment can be carried out from three aspects: the internal ability refactoring, the external demand manufacturing and the collabora⁃tive innovation from inner to outer.%电网企业在外部生存环境改变的巨大威胁压力下,启动了打造面向市场的“入口+平台”的战略转型。在“互联网+”经济社会新形态下,基于平台转型升级成功的关键在于平台的应用与运营,即通过生产组织、运营管理的创新,最大化地发挥平台经济的乘数效应。组织管理创新可以从内部能力重构、外部需求拉动、内外协同创新3个方面开展。
