推进新疆电能替代的对策及建议

摘要

新疆电力供需矛盾日益突出，能源消费结构中电能占比低，阻碍工业绿色发展。在这种环境下，新疆电力发展的重点和路径将从外延式扩张转变为主要依靠创新驱动和精准消纳来推动。实施“电化新疆”战略，推动新疆电能替代工作，对提高新疆电能终端消费比例、提升电气化水平、建设“洁净新疆”具有重要意义。%Electric power contradiction between supply and demand in Xinjiang is increasingly prominent. Electricity occupa⁃tion rate is lower than other energy in energy consumption structure, which hinders the green industry development. In this case, the fo⁃cus of the electric power development in Xinjiang and the path will be driven from denotative expansion into mainly rely on innovation drive and precise consumption.“Electrical Xinjiang”strategy is of great significance to promote Xinjiang electricity alternative work, improve the proportion of Xinjiang power terminal consumption, en⁃hance the level of electrification, and construct“clean Xinjiang”.
