电机及系统广泛应用于我国能源、化工、冶金、石化以及电力拖动等多个行业和领域，是我国工业基础的基础。尽管我国已经成为世界上最大的电动机生产、使用和出口大国，但是还存在高效节能电机的市场占有率和系统的运行效率较低、电机生产和使用者均缺乏电机系统的节能意识以及电机节能技术复杂、缺乏统一的技术规范等较为明显的问题。通过努力，全国已实现累计推广高效电机3541.09万千瓦，实施电机系统节能改造1710.10万千瓦，实施淘汰电机的高效再制造792.58万千瓦等阶段性成果，未来只要发挥电机生产企业、节能服务机构和工业企业（最终用户）的积极性，政府积极开展政策引导、树立行业典型、加强部门间合作、加强监督、逐步推进，就能够尽快完成我国电机能效提升的预定目标。%Motor system is widely used in energy, chemical in⁃dustry, metallurgy, petrochemical and electric drive and other in⁃dustrial fields in China, and is the foundation of our industrial base. Although China has become the largest country of producing, using and exporting motor in the world, there is low possession in energy efficient motors market and low efficiency. Our motor pro⁃ducers and users are lack of motor system energy⁃saving awareness and the motor energy saving technology is complicate. Besides the lack of uniform technical standards, other more obvious problems are existed. But now, China has an initial achievement, promoted high efficient motor, totally 3541.09 million kilowatts, implemented motor system, saving 1710.10 million kilowatts, implemented elimi⁃nated motor for remanufacturing, totally 792.58 million kilowatts. In the future, as long as we pay more attention to motor manufactur⁃ing enterprises, energy⁃saving service institutions and industrial en⁃terprises (end user), the governments actively carry out policy guid⁃ance, establish the typical industries, strengthen inter sectoral co⁃operation, strengthen supervision step by step, finally it can com⁃plete the intended target of enhancing efficiency of motor system.
