广西黄鸡与贵妃鸡杂交后代胸肌中水解氨基酸含量分析

         

摘要

为了研究广西黄鸡与贵妃鸡杂交后代的生产性能和胸肌中水解氨基酸含量,试验采用广西黄鸡和贵妃鸡为素材,测定了广西黄鸡♂×广西黄鸡♀(HH)、贵妃鸡♂×贵妃鸡♀(GG)、广西黄鸡♂×贵妃鸡♀(HG)3种组合的平均日增重、料重比、胸肌中各种水解氨基酸的含量。结果表明:与贵妃鸡相比,正向杂交F1代平均日增重更高(P<0.05),而料肉更低(P<0.05);而胸肌中天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、苯丙氨酸、丝氨酸、亮氨酸和甘氨酸含量显著(P<0.05)高于广西黄鸡。总体上,杂交F1代既保持了广西黄鸡的生产性能,又继承了贵妃鸡的高营养品质,为科学选育贵妃鸡提供科学依据和种质资源。%The present experiment was conducted to analyze the differences of growth performance and hydrolysis amino acid content in pectoral muscle of hybrid offspring of GuangXi yellow chicken and Princess chicken. Average daily gain, feed conversion ratio, and all kinds of hydrolysis amino acid content in pectoral muscle were collected in group GuangXi yellow chicken ♂ × GuangXi yellow chicken ♀ (HH),group Princess chicken♂×Princess chicken ♀ (GG),and group GuangXi yellow chicken♂×Princess chicken ♀ (HG),respectively.The results show that average daily gain of F1 hybrid offspring were significantly (P<0.05)higher than those of Princess chicken, while aspartic acid,glutamic acid, phenylalanine, serine, leucine, and glycine content in pectoral muscle of F1 hybrid offspring were significantly(P<0.05)higher than those of Guangxi Yellow chicken. Additionally, feed conversion ratio of F1 hybrid offspring was significantly(P<0.05)lower than that of Princess chicken. In all, F1 hybrid offspring showed preferable growth performance,which inherited from Guangxi Yellow chicken, and nutrient-rich, which inherited from Princess chicken, providing germplasm resources and a scientific basis for selection breeding Princess chicken.
