景洪水力式升船机事故工况及应对措施

摘要

水力式升船机包括水力输水系统、 机械系统、 上(下)闸首设备及电气系统等.分析升船机各系统可能出现的故障,以及这些故障对升船机运行可能造成的影响,结合升船机运行流程,对几种典型事故工况进行分析,提出水力式升船机运行事故工况分类及应对措施.研究成果可对类似升船机的设计提供参考.%The hydraulic ship lift includes the hydraulic filling and emptying system, the mechanical system, the upper( lower) gates and hoists equipment, the electrical system, etc.This paper analyzes failures of all systems of the ship lift and relevant impacts of these failures on the operation of the ship lift, gives the classification and countermeasures of the accident conditions combining with the operation process of the ship lift, and probes into several typical accident conditions.
