针对特大型耙吸挖泥船多工况、大舱容、大挖深、精确与高效控制及良好的航行性能等问题,进行船型、系列化耙头、高效泥泵、耙臂泵和控制系统的研究.采用理论研究、大比例尺模型试验、实船验证等多种研究方法,解决了限制特大型耙吸挖泥船国产化的技术瓶颈.在上述研究成果的基础上,设计建造了2艘特大型耙吸挖泥船,两船服务于我国多个重大港口航道工程,经济和社会效益显著.%A research,which aims at the TSHD issues of complicated working conditions,big hopper,great dredging depth,accurate and highly efficient controllability and fine sailing performance,is conducted in the aspect of hull shape,serialized drag-head,high-efficiency dredging pump,pump for drag-head boom,as well as the control system.Several methods are adopted such as theoretical research,large-scale model experiments,test on dredgers,etc.,which solve the bottleneck problems that limit the technical domestication of the jumbo TSHD.Based on the above-mentioned achievement,2 jumbo TSHDs are designed and built,and applied to several key projects of port and waterway,which achieved remarkable social and economic benefit.
