带式输送机皮带打滑故障的分析和解决

As the rate of flow is higher than 500t/h,some belt conveyer of bulk grain silo appears serious slide trouble, which restrains productive efficiency, so it is must be solved. This paper analyzes the reasons of slide trouble. Then it puts forward some measures, such as improving tension unit of tail part etc.. This reform has got good effect.%当出仓流量高于500t/h时,日照港散粮筒仓的一些皮带机打滑故障严重。这制约生产效率,必须解决。分析了打滑故障的原因,提出了改进尾部张紧装置等措施。这一改造效果取得了良好的效果。
